Great opportunity to join an international team and to be working with fast-growing companies, looking for new customers anywhere you can, to approach, pitch and continue to follow up and close deals. Merchant acquisition in Digital, Travel, Retail and Gaming sectors is the key driver in this position.


  • Lead the company's Mexican growth market with leading eCommerce merchants domestically
  • Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales goals, and creating sales plan
  • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and lifestyle of the client in key industries
  • Developing business and actively engaging new merchants using variety of methods and techniques (utilizing existing databases, finding new leads at the trade shows or conferences, partnering with various ISOs and re-sellers, cold calling etc.) 
  • Generate leads and commit to excellent customer service throughout the whole sales cycle
  • Collaboration: Work with individuals and teams across Unlimint to ensure the best possible merchant experience and to develop yourself and your colleagues professionally

Experience and mindset

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years of sales/business development experience within the payments industry in LATAM
  • A strong understanding of the online payments 
  • Leverage network with a proven track of enterprise sales
  • Current database of leads/prospects is an advantage
  • Independent self-starter, with exceptional organization skills for managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Ability to travel across Latin America and international, 40% travel is required
