About The Job
We’re looking for Technical Support Engineer Second Line to participate in the development of WLCI Team.
Responsibilities:
• Reception and processing of reverse tasks from internal teams
• Escalation of tickets to Engineers of the Card Processing Team
• Online monitoring of the in-house card-processing system
• Analysis of system events - system logs, etc.
• Performing and automation of routine procedures: file exchange, running of system scheduled tasks
• Setting up emulators of payment systems
