About the role:

As a Learning & Development Specialist you will be responsible for the full cycle Learning & Development program globally, defining and managing the external and internal training programs for Unlimint's global offices (Europe, Russia, LATAM). Also, with the Global HR team you will be involved in the creation and administration of HR procedures related to L&D matters. 

We are growing our HR team and opening this brand new position following the way of providing guidance, instruction, training and development to all team members through the efforts of those placed in charge of staff. 

This position is office-based and reports to the HR Head (Europe) and will be part of the global HR team.  

What you will do:

  • Plan and implement of L&D strategy globally
  • Organise and deliver global and local training programmes
  • Define and arrange the external training
  • Design and implement L&D policies and procedures
  • Design and implement assessments across the organization
  • Stakeholder partnership: assisting in ongoing development through the identification of organizational and role specific training needs, delivering programs
  • Considering the costs and return on investment of any planned training or development programs 
  • Data: maintain documents and records, report on the L&D results and metrics

What you have experience with:

  • Bachelor degree. Postgraduate qualifications in human recourses / L&D is highly desirable
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of L&D on the international level
  • Significant experience with effective learning and development methods (blended learning solutions, lectures and seminars, Role Play, etc)
  • Experience to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience with driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
  • Ability to develop educational solutions in various formats, including involvement of Russian and Western providers / consulting
  • Our corporate language is English, so strong oral and written communication skills in English is required
