Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Opening and maintaining current accounts for corporate clients
  • Providing clients with superior and professional service, support and follow-up for operational requests
  • Display a strong understanding of each client’s business model in order to effectively promote and upsell Unlimint's solutions, maintain the growth of the existing portfolio and help clients to optimize their payment accounts activities
  • Input data in the internal system and opening of current accounts for customers (corporate and retail), informing customers on account opening
  • Informing clients via internal system about holidays, amendments in Terms and Conditions and Fees and Charges, etc.
  • Updating internal system upon receipt of current identification documents / POA / License
  • Opening of card accounts, ordering and dispatching of payment cards, informing customers on opening of card account and card issue
  • Provision of information upon request of client’s auditors (audit reports), preparation of Certificates, Reference Letters, statements as per customers’ requests
  • Closure of current and/or card accounts in internal system and sending relevant Confirmations to the Customers

 


Main qualification, skills and experience:


  • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Law, Business Administration or relevant field of study
  • Experience in customer support, ideally, but not limited to the banking or corporate services industry
  • Proven track record of offering excellent customer support
  • Driven and self-motivated to reach targets
  • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented, professional and resourceful
  • Proven ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations
  • Past experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must
